Review – The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil (with pictures)

2015-07-18 09.50.21

Hello my loves,

I have always been in a search for a good makeup remover. I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) before and I know it’s quite popular as a makeup remover but it clogs my pores like crazy, and never completely removes my makeup. I got severe acne from using EVOO so I stayed off makeup for a month which was hard because I love makeup! I bought this from the body shop website when I was looking for their Vitamin E mist and I thought I would try it out for you guys.Read More »

Review – ELF Eyebrow Kit (with pictures)

Hey there!

Today we’re going to talk a little bit about brows. I hated filling in my brows for as long as I can remember, I just felt that it wasn’t meant for me. I have ‘okay’ brows to begin with and although they should be darkened just a little bit, I was always skeptic about the importance of grooming brows because I wasn’t able to use a light hand. Using a light hand and building up your products little by little is very important when you’re filling in your brows. That and a good angled brow brush.Read More »

Review – MUA Intense Color Eyeliner Pencil (with swatches)

20150629_225856-1 Hello people! Today I am back with yet another review for the brand MUA, it’s no secret that I love this brand. I bought three of their Intense Color Eyeliner Pencil in the shades Rich Brown, Royal Blue and Forest Green. These retail for $1.12 each. They are intensely pigmented but they are not very long lasting, these stayed put for 2/3 hrs. I would recommend to carry them with you if you’re going out for more than 3 hrs. The packaging is quite basic, a wooden pencil with a plastic cap. Although the cap stays on quite strong so you don’t have to worry about these opening up in your bag and ruining the rest of your stuff, at least it never happened to me. They cap comes with a sharpener which is very useful!Read More »

Review – ELF Studio Eyebrow Duo Brush (with pictures)

Hey Girls,

So I bought this ELF Studio Eyebrow Duo Brush along with ELF Studio Contouring Brush a week ago. I have used Real Techniques Brow Brush from the Starter Set and I am not quite fond of it. I ¬†found the maximum amount of control from a smudge brush. But I bought this just to test it out. The main reason I love ELF is because all of their products are cruelty free, they are not tested on animals. This cost me about $3.00. I have always loved ELF’s Studio line. Their brushes are extremely soft and functional.

Review – Elf Studio Contouring Brush (with picture)

After months of waiting impatiently, I finally bought this brush a week ago along with the ELF Eyebrow Duo Brush. I had my eye on the NARS Ita Brush but I cringe at the idea of paying $55.00 over a brush for contouring and I have tried my friends Ita brush quite a lot and although it’s very soft and dense the messy hair or bristles put me off. So for years I’ve continued to use Real Techniques Contour Brush from the Core Collection and I honestly love it but I have a round face and I need them cheek bones to be more noticeable!
